The Council consists of one representative from each SEDS-USA chapter. Its purpose is to guide the activities of SEDS-USA. Every chapter *MUST* send at least one representative to the meeting. I'd like to request that the representative be the Chapter President. Attendance is *MANDATORY*. The meeting will be held electronically on SEDS Haven, a chat-room-like environment. To access the Haven, you need a telnet client. Then telnet to haven.seds.org 7337. If you can't telnet to a specific port, instead telnet to haven.seds.org and login with the username "haven" and no password. If you need more detailed instructions, check http://www.seds.org/seds/haven.html. If you have any trouble, please send me an email.
