This is a timeline of all of the duties that a SEDS-USA Chapter must do each year. These dates are all deadlines. Chapters are encouraged to do these well ahead of the deadline if they wish. Numbers in brackets [x] indicate days of the month.

January

[31] Report Chapter's First Semester Activities
[31] Update Chapter Information (for chapters with elections at beginning or end of calendar year)

February

[First Wednesday] Council of Chapters Meeting

April

[1] Submit Application for a SEDS-USA Board Position (optional)
[First Wednesday] Council of Chapters Meeting

May

[15] Submit Absentee Ballot for SEDS-USA Board (for chapters not attending conference)
[Varies] Attend the SEDS-USA Conference at ISDC!

June

[15] Report Chapter's Second Semester Activities

October

[1] Update Chapter Information (for chapters with elections at beginning or end of academic year)
[1] Submit NOVA Article about Your Chapter
[First Wednesday] Council of Chapters Meeting

November

[1] Send $25 Dues to SEDS-USA

December

[First Wednesday] Council of Chapters Meeting
